Physical Therapy by Phoenix in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role. You will evaluate patients, design individualized rehabilitation plans, and guide recovery with hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to restore movement.

You’ll collaborate with referring providers, maintain documentation, and uphold high clinical standards while supporting patient goals and a positive clinic culture.

Formación

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT).
• Current and active state physical therapy license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients, identify movement limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Document evaluations, goals, and progress in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress and adjust plan of care to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and expectations for recovery.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Discharge patients when goals are met and provide referrals as needed.
