Job summary

PX Therapy Group LLC in the Wichita area is seeking an outpatient physical therapist for our Augusta location. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehab programs focused on functional improvement and long-term wellness in a supportive environment.

The role requires a DPT or MPT and an active state license, with a dedication to evidence-based practice and strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT degree required.
• Active state PT license required.
• Outpatient PT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify movement or functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Document evaluations, goals, progress, and sessions accurately.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plan of care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and expectations.
• Coordinate care with referring providers and clinic staff.
• Discharge patients when goals are met and provide referrals as needed.
