Qualifications

• Proven commercial lending and new business development track record.
• Experience in CRE and/or C&I lending, preferably in Augusta or similar markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build relationships from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial lending relationships across Augusta MSA and surrounding markets.
• Develop and manage CRE and C&I loan book building on market strengths.
• Partner with Market President on credit strategy and market growth initiatives.
• Represent the bank in the local business community to build referral networks.
