Job summary

XYZ Reality, located in Trenton, Ohio, is looking for a Site Surveyor responsible for establishing control using Robotic Total Stations and conducting inspections with Augmented Reality technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction surveying and a strong understanding of large-scale projects. This permanent role offers travel and relocation opportunities as well as 15 days paid time off plus public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction surveying or engineering surveying.
• Strong experience using Robotic Total Stations for construction layout and control.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) or BIM/BIM360 is desirable but not essential and can be taught.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establishing primary and secondary control on-site using Robotic Total Station.
• Conducting daily site inspections using the Atom Augmented Reality headset.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Producing daily inspection reports.
• Coordinating with contractors to plan daily activities.
