Job summary

XYZ Reality is looking for a Site Surveyor to establish and maintain control on-site using a Robotic Total Station. In this role, you'll utilize augmented reality to minimize errors during construction, conducting daily inspections and producing reports based on your findings.

You will work closely with contractors and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, contributing to multimillion-dollar construction undertakings across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or engineering surveying.
• Strong experience with Robotic Total Stations.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish primary and secondary control using a Robotic Total Station.
• Conduct daily site inspections using the Atom headset.
• Communicate with clients and produce reports.
• Attend meetings to coordinate with contractors.
• Review and process all acquired data for accuracy.
• Work with the Contractor to devise weekly inspection lookahead.
• Prepare Revit models for export into HoloSite.
