XYZ Reality Ltd. in the United States seeks a Site Surveyor to establish and maintain control on-site using a Robotic Total Station for the Atom AR headset. You will verify BIM models and support construction teams to reduce rework.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction surveying or engineering surveying.
• Strong experience using Robotic Total Stations for construction layout and control.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D software (Revit, Navisworks) or BIM is desirable but not essential and can be taught.
• Must be confident in using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Using a Robotic Total Station to establish primary and secondary control via traversing/resection.
• Conducting daily site inspections with the Atom to ensure works align with the BIM Model.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Producing inspection reports.
• Attending meetings to coordinate with contractors for daily work plans.
• Processing and reviewing all data for accuracy.
• Reporting to the Field Operations Manager about inspections and workflow.
• Collaborating with Contractors on weekly lookahead aligned to master programme.
• Obtaining and preparing latest approved Revit models to export into HoloSite
