L’Oréal is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our NJ operations in Monmouth Junction. The role focuses on auditing distribution center output, ensuring order compliance, and assisting QA with non-conformities.

You’ll support training, perform inspections, and help maintain product quality, with five days onsite per week. Must have warehouse experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with finished goods.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office (Excel data entry).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel to local L’Oréal warehouses for audits/inspections.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time with no sponsorship.
• Onsite presence required five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Audit DC output, including detailed and standard order compliance.
• Assist QA supervision with non-conformities and preventative actions.
• Assist in other QA activities as needed (inspections, process audits).
• Audit prep orders: scanning, visual checks of units, labels, cartons, pallets.
• TRAINING & Process Support: train new auditors and report audits.
• BIN maintenance: identify/remove expired materials from picking bins.
• QC sampling and handling customer complaints: inspect products for defects.
• Maintain LMS productivity standards and minimize downtime.

What You Will Do

This position’s primary responsibility is to audit DC output, including detailed and standard order compliance. The auditor assists DC supervision with the resolution of non-conformities and may provide suggestions for preventative action. The auditor will also assist in other QA activities as required, including inspections and process audits.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Auditing: Includes auditing of detailed and standard prep orders. Activities include scanning of products and ensuring compliance, visual checks of units, labels, cartons, pallet requirements, and other required compliance checks.
• Training & Process Support: Assist in training new auditors and perform other duties assigned as needed in QA. Interact with management and floor supervision on errors and process improvements. Report audits and validate processes.
• BIN Maintenance: Identify and remove expired materials from picking bins (loose and full case), and process/block materials.
• QC Sampling & Customer Complaints: Inspect various products for quality defects reported internally or by the field through customer service.
• Productivity: Meet LMS (Labor Management System) productivity standards, use proper tasks for each assignment, and avoid downtime (gap time).

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently with a strong aptitude for detail and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with finished goods.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel data entry).
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to travel to local L’Oréal warehouses for audits or inspections.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support or sponsorship is offered for this role.
• Being present onsite five days a week is considered an essential function of this position.
