Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 semester hours in accounting or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to evaluate government programs for effectiveness
• Ability to utilize Yellow Book (GAGAS) standards to audit compliance
• Strong professional communication with state government entities and auditees

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in understanding audit objectives
• Aid in research, data analysis, and interview process during audits
• Review collected audit data, documents, and records to draw insights
• Attend auditee meetings to discuss audit scope and potential findings
