Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Appraiser Certificate or ability to obtain a Temporary Appraiser Certificate.
• California Driver License, Class C or higher.
• Foreign degree evaluation per NACES if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Learn laws, rules, and procedures guiding auditing and appraisal work.
• Inspect, audit, and appraise real, business, and personal property.
• Analyze fixed assets, balance sheets, and income statements for valuations.
• Travel occasionally for audits of business records.
