Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in professional services, consulting, or advisory environments.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed organization with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market campaigns for Audit & Tax aligned to priority sectors and offerings.
• Lead acquisition marketing integration and change management—integrate marketing from acquired firms into a unified GT model.
• Build a scalable content operation modeled on a content factory—fast, compliant, personalized, and reusable.
• Partner with Advisory marketing lead to ensure message consistency and align with firm campaigns.
• Define and track KPIs: pipeline growth, win rates, alliance revenue, brand share of voice; deliver dashboards for leadership.
