Grant Thornton is seeking an Audit & Tax Marketing Lead to shape and execute the marketing strategy for our high-growth Audit and Tax practices. This role partners with leadership to translate business priorities into programs that elevate brand visibility and client engagement across GTM campaigns, acquisitions, alliances, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or advisory environments.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed organization with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Go-to-market execution: Launch and manage GTM campaigns aligned to priority sectors and offerings and ensure client-first positioning.
• Acquisition marketing integration: Evaluate and integrate marketing functions from acquired firms into a unified GT model and lead brand transition.
• Content & Campaign engine: Build a scalable content operation and run always-on campaigns guided by demand signals and pipeline goals.
• Cross-service line alignment: Partner with Advisory marketing lead to ensure message consistency and growth alignment.
• Analytics & accountability: Define KPIs, deliver dashboards, and provide insights for leadership decisions.
