The role emphasizes GAAP proficiency, effective communication with clients, and the ability to balance risk, timelines, and budget while delivering high-quality assurance services.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum of audit/assurance experience.
• Experience with single audits and for-profit audits.
• Proficient with Caseware, Engagement Manager, and PPC.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire for career advancement and ownership potential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit/assurance engagements.
• Identify business process risks and provide recommendations.
• Present findings to senior management and clients.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff on engagements.
• Monitor progress relative to budgets and due dates.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Serve as a communication channel between senior management, clients, and staff.
