Glenn Burdette, headquartered in San Luis Obispo, CA, seeks an Audit Manager to lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client base. The role emphasizes project management, staff supervision, and strong client relations within a supportive, growth-oriented firm culture.

The firm values CPA credentials, GAAP proficiency, and a drive toward future ownership, with opportunities across multiple California offices including San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Santa Maria.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of audit/assurance experience.
• Licensed CPA with strong GAAP foundation.
• Experience with Caseware, Engagement Manager and PPC.
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Desire for career advancement toward ownership of the firm.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute audit/assurance engagements.
• Identify business process risks and provide recommendations.
• Present findings to senior management and clients.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff on engagements.
• Manage client engagements within budgets and timelines.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships.
• Serve as a communication channel between management, clients and staff.
