Glenn Burdette is a growing accounting and consulting firm seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements for a diverse client base. You will apply GAAP, manage projects, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality results in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Openings are in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Santa Maria with competitive pay and strong mentorship. CPA licensure is required; experience with Caseware, Engagement Manager, and PPC is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of audit/assurance experience.
• Licensed CPA and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with Caseware, Engagement Manager, PPC.
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute audit/assurance engagements.
• Identify business process risks and develop recommendations.
• Present findings to senior management and clients.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff on engagements.
• Monitor engagement progress relative to budgets and deadlines.
• Serve as a communications channel between management, clients, and staff.
