Qualifications

• 2–6 years of audit experience.
• Ability to travel ~80% within Illinois and surrounding suburbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through wrap up.
• Perform risk assessments and tailor procedures.
• Document tests and findings with supporting docs.
• Review workpapers for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Be the primary client contact during fieldwork.
• Coordinate information requests and issue resolution with management.
• Identify audit findings and communicate recommendations clearly.
