• Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact and foster strong client relationships
• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and project deliverables
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Audit Associates and Senior Associates
• Provide performance feedback, training, and technical guidance to team members
• Identify audit findings and communicate recommendations to clients and firm leadership
• Stay current on governmental accounting standards, regulations, and industry developments
• Support engagement management, resource planning, and client service initiatives
• Participate in client meetings, proposal development, and business development activities
