Qualifications

• Significant public accounting audit experience (Manager/Senior Manager level).
• Led or reviewed multiple financial statement audit and/or review engagements.
• Managed multiple engagements across planning, fieldwork, review and completion.
• Created practical tools for tracking deadlines, staffing, budgets, status, risks and open items.
• Established review points to balance confidence and timely delivery.
• Demonstrated dependable, practical leadership and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop audit professionals at all levels.
• Maintain real-time view of deadlines, staffing, budgets, risks, and client deliverables.
• Own engagement timelines, budgets, staffing plans, status updates and client communication.
• Coordinate planning, fieldwork, review and completion across multiple engagements.
• Develop, maintain and improve tools to manage the practice.
