Job summary

Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Austin/Round Rock, TX area team. This role offers in-person, hybrid, or remote options with no travel expectations and comp starting at $100,000, commensurate with experience.

You’ll engage with mid-sized to regional clients across diverse industries and partner with senior staff to deliver exceptional assurance services. Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of public accounting auditing experience, CPA certification, and strong

Compensation: Starting at $100,000 – Commensurate with Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

As an audit senior associate, you will assist with engagements from start to finish. With no travel expectations, you will operate autonomously and work with unmatched flexibility. Our audit senior associates work in smaller, experienced engagement teams, allowing for continuous client exposure and access to engagement partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 – 6 years of auditing experience in public accounting (preferably regional or mid-sized firm experience)
• CPA Certification
• Highly motivated team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for project management
• Experience with middle market, technology, government, wholesale/retail and/or real estate clients preferred
