Job summary

Jobot in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced auditor to lead engagements from planning to completion, prepare and review GAAP financial statements, and perform risk assessments with strong client communication. This role requires working with partnerships and corporations, mentoring junior staff, and delivering timely, quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with partnerships and corporations.
• Proven ability to execute risk assessments, internal control testing, and substantive procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Performing risk assessments and internal control testing to identify areas of concern.
• Executing substantive procedures and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through excellent communication and timely delivery of quality services.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff and interns on audit processes.

Education
