Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA exam; accounting degree preferred; master's preferred
• CPA license preferred
• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise the execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on clients’ balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal control deficiencies and make improvement recommendations.
• Discuss results and recommendations with Manager and Partner.
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm-wide learning programs.
• Network and build strong internal and client relationships.
• Support the development of teammates through mentoring.
• Participate in team events and maintain work-life balance
