Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing completion (CPA exam eligible).
• Three years of experience providing audit/assurance.
• Experience with technology, communications, or life sciences.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Plan and supervise execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess deficiencies of internal controls and propose improvements.
• Engage with Managers and Partners on business recommendations.
• Receive on-the-job coaching and participate in firm learning programs.
• Build client relationships and network internally.
• Support team development through Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
• Balance work with friendships and team activities.
