Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join our growing US practice. You will deliver industry-focused audit and assurance services to middle-market clients, leveraging your CPA pathway and strong accounting knowledge to drive value with trusted business advice.

You will plan, supervise and execute audit engagements, collaborate with engagement teams, and mentor junior staff while benefiting from a flexible schedule and meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree; CPA track or CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of financial statement auditing in a public accounting firm.
• Experience auditing commercial clients preferred.
• Strong leadership, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities for middle-market clients.
• Review tests of balance sheets and income statements.
• Identify internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Engage with managers and partners on findings and insights.
