Qualifications

• Experience with Pennsylvania home care.
• Experience with Pennsylvania Medicaid waiver programs.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience with OLTL, ODP, and Department of Health surveys.
• Experience with EVV and payer audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% audit readiness across employee, client, branch, and licensing records.
• Lead internal compliance audits and identify missing or outdated documentation.
• Establish deadlines, assign owners, and track corrective actions.
• Prepare for state and payer audits and maintain organized compliance records.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update checklists and dashboards.
