NYREACH, a Bronx-based nonprofit, seeks a Compliance & Data Analyst to lead audit readiness and operational compliance for the Social Care Network under the 1115 Waiver. You will develop processes, monitor day-to-day compliance, and collaborate with Navigators, Program Leads, and Directors to ensure accurate documentation and timely eligibility determinations.

The role combines compliance leadership with data analysis to ensure accurate navigation, billing opportunities, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in public health, health administration, social work, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of audit processes, documentation standards, and compliance monitoring

Responsabilités

• Eligibility assessments completed within seven days per waiver requirements
• Monitor referrals for closed-loop completion and audit readiness
• Maintain audit logs and evidence for internal and external review
• Produce compliance and audit reports for leadership
