The ideal candidate has a CPA license, a track record as Audit Director/Partner in Private Equity, and proven success in winning new business and expanding audit portfolios within a global firm.

This position will sit within the firms Private Equity service line.
Our client is an international CPA firm with offices spread far and wide across the globe, they are strategically placed across each continent giving them enviable reach to global clients of varying sizes ranging from large public listed entities, private firms and large international owner/family managed business.
The firm has a rich history spanning close to 100 years, they have evolved significantly during this period starting from humble beginnings here in the US up to today’s magnificent international leading CPA firm working across leading sectors and trailblazing new initiatives within the busting world of Accounting & Finance.
With such a long and successful history, the firm has become a market expert in a multitude of sectors ranging from Renewables, Real Estate, Tech, Financial Services, Fintech, Federal Government, and many many more.
Due to a sustained period of growth for the firm within their Private Equity practice, they now seek an additional Partner to join their Audit service line.
As Audit Partner you will lead a team of highly skilled Audit professionals ranging in experience from trainee level all the way through to Director providing expert guidance on all matters Audit and installing high degrees of discipline to the Practice in line with regulatory standards.
You will work with some of the world’s largest Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies providing strategic advice and a professional non bias overview of their business, ensuring the utmost adherence to strict compliance and regulatory governance within your role as Audit Partner.
The Audit Partner will work closely with other Partners across the firm and the wider Private Equity practice utilizing their network and experience within Private Equity to grow the firm’s Audit practice and open doors for additional service lines within the firm such as Tax and Advisory services unearthing cross selling opportunities for each division.
This exciting Audit Partner opportunity is available due to the tremendous growth of the Private Equity arm of the business over recent years. The firm is keen to further establish its presence and dominance within Private Equity and the new Audit Partner will allow them to take further steps into an already lucrative service line for the business.
I am working toward a detailed mandate for this vacancy but would be open to speaking with experienced Audit Directors (1st time Partners) and current Audit Partners.
