Responsibilities

• Grow the Indianapolis audit practice by expanding services to existing clients and cross-selling with other advisory practices.
• Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Indianapolis practice.
• Develop and coach professionals while building a talent pipeline.
• Drive consistency, collaboration, and communication across leaders and stakeholders.
• Help drive economic results through the practice as reflected in KPIs.
