Cherry Bekaert is seeking an Audit Partner to grow our Louisville Assurance practice. This role is based in our Louisville office with limited travel. You will lead business development, mentor staff, and drive strategy with the partnership group to expand services and client base.

The ideal candidate will hold an active CPA license and have experience in a large public accounting firm, with a track record of client service and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Experience with large local, regional or national public accounting firms.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Proven client service and business development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Grow the Louisville practice through expansion of services and new client wins.
• Lead the Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for Louisville.
• Develop and coach professionals, building a talent pipeline.
• Foster collaboration across Service Line, Market Leaders, and Advisory teams.
