Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking an organized Audit Manager to enhance audit quality and efficiency. You will lead technical consultations, develop methodology content, and drive training and Inflo content across engagements.

This role emphasizes collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality audits, improve processes, and maintain industry-leading standards within the firm's Assurance practice.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to identify, assess, elevate, and respond to risks in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Strong technical research and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret professional standards and translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical consultations: provide technical guidance to audit engagement teams by researching accounting and risk issues and creating practical guidance.
• Methodology & quality initiatives: maintain and improve the firm's audit methodology with cross-team collaboration.
• Inflo content development: review and enhance Inflo content across industries for accuracy and consistency.
• Training & development: design and deliver training sessions and practical resources for audit execution.
• Audit team support: serve as SME by answering Inflo and methodology questions from engagement teams.
