What Your Day Looks Like

• Research and resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Create templates and resources to support the firm’s audit methodology, including standardization and implementation of new standards.
• Communicate effectively between audit teams and leadership to meet firm and engagement objectives.
• Oversee firm objectives and professional practices projects, managing resources to meet goals.
• Participate in quality monitoring, including internal and external inspections.
• Assist in integrating acquired firms into the firm’s audit processes and methodology.
• Guide and support audit teams to identify engagement risks, respond appropriately, and adhere to policies.
• Begin developing technical specialization areas and serve as a technical consultant internally and externally.
• Develop professional relationships to foster long-term business opportunities.

What You Need For This Role

• Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of audit and accounting standards.
• 5+ years’ experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA certification and active license are required.
