What Your Day Looks Like

• Research and resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Create templates and resources to support the firm’s audit methodology, including standardization and implementation of new standards.
• Coordinate between audit teams and leadership to meet firm and engagement objectives.
• Oversee firm objectives, manage resources, and ensure goals are met.
• Support quality monitoring, including internal and external inspections.
• Assist in integrating acquired firms into our audit processes and methodology.
• Guide audit teams to identify risks, respond appropriately, and adhere to policies.
• Develop technical expertise and serve as an internal and external technical consultant.
• Build professional relationships to foster long-term business opportunities.

What You Need For This Role

Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for client service, integrity, project management, technical skills, and leadership. A proactive mindset suits our fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
