LeoForce is seeking an experienced Audit Manager (Non-Profit) in Hazlet, NJ. The role leads the financial statement audit process, ensuring compliance and timely reporting for a non-profit organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in audit management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a CPA is highly preferred. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within a top East Coast CPA firm.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of audit management experience, preferably in non-profit.
Experience in non-profit financial statement audit preparation.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

Overseeing planning, execution, and completion of financial statement audits for a non-profit.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the board.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.
Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting.
Review and update audit procedures and policies as needed.
