You will work with firm leadership to serve clients and grow the business, mentoring staff and advancing technical and professional skills.

You’ll manage fieldwork, provide financial statement guidance, and help teammates develop, while maintaining high-quality, timely deliverables and strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree required.
• CPA credential required.
• Five years of audit experience in a professional services firm.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to middle market clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Deliver business insight through analysis and discussion.
• Assist with staffing, billing/collections, and achieving profitability targets.
• Develop client relationships and mentor staff along the way.
• Contribute to staff development through firm-wide learning programs.
• Support growth and development of team members through coaching.
