Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and other services to real estate and construction clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations.
• Deliver insights through analysis and discussion.
• Assist with staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Network and build relationships internally and externally with clients.
• Invest in professional development through firm programs.
• Support development of team members under the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
