Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent degree.
• CPA or CA certification required.
• Proficient in GAAP reporting standards.
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage engagements.
• Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagement teams and manage client relationships.
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for quality.
• Assess risk and design audit procedures with engagement teams.
• Mentor Senior Associates and provide coaching notes.
