Qualifications

• 4+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Hands-on experience supervising audit engagements and reviewing audit workpapers.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, GAAP, and auditing standards.
• Experience with individual or business tax preparation or review is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• CPA license or progress toward CPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work regularly from our Kennett Square office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial statement audits from planning through completion.
• Supervise audit teams, review workpapers, and ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior accountants while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and provide practical financial and business guidance.
• Collaborate with our tax professionals on tax preparation, review, and planning matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes, strengthen client service, and support firm growth.
• Work closely with firm leadership and contribute to the long-term success of our practice.
