Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Indianapolis team. You will lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, review financial statements and workpapers, and develop strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.

You will supervise and mentor senior and staff accountants, address accounting and internal control issues, and participate in business development to contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong audit and assurance experience.
• Experience supervising or managing audit engagements.
• Knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Client-focused mindset with leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and supporting documentation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
• Supervise, train, and mentor senior and staff accountants
• Identify accounting, audit, and internal control issues and provide practical recommendations
• Assist with complex accounting and technical research matters
• Participate in business development and contribute to firm growth
