Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Proactively engaging with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Implementing testing to assess internal controls deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Managing all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Providing financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Delivering business insight through review, analysis, and discussion.
• Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensuring client profitability targets are met.
• Network and build relationships internally and with clients and the community.
• Invest in professional development through firm-wide learning and development programs.
• Support growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly's care and teach philosophy.
