The role collaborates with the Audit Director and Managing Audit Director to drive quality, efficiency, and growth across the practice. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CPA Certification is required.
• 5+ years of audit experience with closely held entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor staff.
• Strong client service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with audit software and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and expectations to maintain satisfaction and timely deliverables.
• Stay current with auditing standards and mentor junior staff.
• Implement quality control policies in daily work and escalate concerns.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate timely client responses and communicate progress and deadlines.
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
