Job summary

Weaver is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Banking and Insurance practice. You will manage complex audits, mentor staff, and collaborate closely with partners on client service and business development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an active CPA, and over 5 years of public accounting experience. A reasonable compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000, along with competitive health benefits and flexible time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience focusing on financial services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SAP for insurance and banking.
• Experience with regulatory environments for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial services audits for insurance and banking clients.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates in their professional development.
• Collaborate with partners on project management and business development.
