Job summary

Weaver seeks an Audit Manager or Senior Manager to lead and manage audits for commercial entities under PCAOB standards. You will plan, assess risk, execute, report, and complete engagements while guiding teams and maintaining client relationships.

In this role you will ensure high-quality delivery, oversee budgets and timelines, and provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas. CPA is required; 6+ years of public accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• CPA required.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience with PCAOB audit exposure.
• Experience auditing SEC registrants and working with SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for commercial entities from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and quality reviewer for engagements.
• Ensure high-quality audit delivery and adherence to PCAOB standards.
• Oversee engagement teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
