Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least five years of public accounting experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Experience leading engagements and staff development.
• Knowledge of audit and assurance engagements, budgets, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of audits or reviews on multiple engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure communication with partners.
• Manage engagement budgeting and scheduling; identify change orders.
• Direct, train, supervise and review staff.
• Support business development efforts.
