Job summary

Burlington CPA Firm in Massachusetts is seeking an Audit Manager or Audit Supervisor to own audit engagements from planning through reporting. You will allocate staff, manage budgets, and communicate with clients, while ensuring timely delivery.

The role includes 36-hour weeks during Memorial Day to Labor Day, remote Fridays in summer, and a hybrid setup the rest of the year with 3 in-office days and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of public accounting experience for Supervisor
• 6–7+ years of public accounting experience for Manager; CPA preferred for Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of audit engagements from planning through reporting
• Supervise and review staff, manage timelines and budgets
• Coordinate staff allocation and client communication across engagements
• Engage directly with clients to move engagements forward without micro-management
