How You Will Contribute

1. Review audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional manner.
2. Perform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts as necessary.
3. Understand client service relationships and utilize firm resources to provide excellent client service.
4. Use technology tools proficiently and demonstrate a commitment to improving work processes through technology.
5. Recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, balancing client needs and firm risks.
6. Meet deadlines or budgets and alert management to any variances.
7. Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional staff.
8. Participate in board and audit committee meetings and presentations.
9. Build personal referral sources and clientele, and participate in team marketing opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience.
• CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
