Qualifikationen

• CPA Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting, including 3 years as a senior (in-charge) accountant.
• Superior oral/written communication skills.
• Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze information collected.
• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and remain organized.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, organize and schedule engagements to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide timely feedback on each engagement to support staff development.
• Review financial statements and related disclosures to ensure reporting compliance.
• Review work papers to ensure quality control compliance.
• Research accounting issues and provide solutions.
• Plan and manage engagements to ensure completion.
• Become an expert within assigned niches.
• Facilitate in monitoring the quality of our product and the performance of our personnel.
• Maintain Continuing Professional Education units.
• Assist in special projects assigned by Partners.
• Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
