Essential Functions:

• Coordinate, organize, and schedule engagements to meet all deadlines
• Provide timely feedback on engagements for staff development
• Review financial statements and disclosures for compliance
• Review work papers to ensure quality control compliance
• Research accounting issues and provide solutions
• Plan and manage engagements for timely completion
• Develop expertise within assigned niches
• Monitor quality of work and personnel performance
• Maintain public certification and Continuing Professional Education units
• Assist in special projects as assigned by Partners
• Develop new client relationships beneficial to the firm
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients

Qualifications:

• CPA Certification required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting, including 3 years as a senior accountant
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and initiative
• Ability to conduct research and analyze information
• Organizational skills to prioritize heavy workloads
