LeoForce is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements from planning through completion in a hybrid St. Louis office. The role partners with clients to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality reporting while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in auditing, a CPA, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a dynamic firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing leadership to audit staff.
