  • Experience with audit engagement software and related tools preferred.

  • Identify client needs and opportunities to expand service offerings.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Review workpapers and ensure compliance with professional standards and firm methodology.
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver exceptional client service and engagement outcomes.
