Kforce's client, a very successful, expanding national CPA firm located in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a well-rounded Audit Manager for their 30 professional office. Requirements for this true partner-track role include 8+ years of recent audit/review experience working at a public accounting firm. This firm offers a hybrid in office work schedule, way better hours than the typical CPA firm, and great compensation and benefits - along with a terrific career path to Director and beyond!

• Performance of external audits, reviews, and compilations of entities in various industries-real estate, construction, manufacturing, pro services, and more
• Assist in planning and running client engagements, including billing and time analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• CPA completed or in progress ambitious with a desire to advance in the profession
• 8+ years of recent public accounting audit/assurance experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
