We’re looking for an Audit Supervisor/Manager who enjoys providing proactive client service and working with a very supportive team. This opportunity could lead to a partner-track position.

What You’ll Do

• Planning, performing, and supervising audit engagements
• Study and evaluate clients’ internal controls
• Assure work is performed in accordance with generally accepted professional and firm standards
• Work closely with business owners and firm leadership
• Mentoring and supervising team members and supporting their professional growth
• Develop strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7+ years of recent public accounting audit experience, with experience in mid-size companies in audit engagement planning, supervising, reviewing, and wrap-up
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• An active CPA license, or actively pursuing it
• Expertise in GAAP and GAAS
• A proactive, relationship-driven approach to client service
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of audit and research software
• Open to adoption of new technologies including AI-enabled tools
