We are currently seeking an Audit Manager to join our Southern Indiana practice. Managers are responsible for the overall leadership of Audit team members, ensuring successful completion of client engagements, and business development.

This role will focus on Manufacturing/Distribution and Agriculture clients while gaining exposure to other industries as well.

Position Requirements:

• CPA required.
• Six-plus years of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
• Technical focus on small to mid-size companies primarily in the agriculture and manufacturing/distribution space.
• Proven ability to cultivate client and external contacts as to develop business and contribute to firm/practice growth.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven history of coaching others to success.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; demonstrate a high level of technical competence.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products / applications.
• Ability to travel locally with occasional overnight travel
